1. Eligibility
The $500 VISA Gift Card Sweepstakes (the "Sweepstakes") is open to legal residents of the state of Texas who are 21 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of Cloud Water Brands, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) and/or those living in the same household as employees are not eligible to participate in the Sweepstakes.
2. Agreement to Rules
By participating in the Sweepstakes, you agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions and all decisions of Cloud Water Brands, which are final and binding in all matters relating to these Sweepstakes.
3. Sweepstakes Period
The Sweepstakes ends on November 30th, 2023 at 11:59 PM Eastern Standard Time ("EST"). All entries must be received by November 30th, 2023 at 11:59 PM EST.
4. How To Enter
The sweepstakes must be entered by submitting an entry using the online form provided by Cloud Water Brands. The entry must fulfill all requirements as specified, to be eligible to win. Entries that are not complete or that do not adhere to the rules and specifications may be disqualified at the sole discretion of Cloud Water Brands. For additional entries you must make a purchase of Cloud Water beverages in Wal-Mart and upload a picture of your receipt to the entry form. If you use fraudulent methods or try to circumvent the rules, your submission may be removed at the sole discretion of Cloud Water Brands.
5. Prizes
A winner will receive a $500 VISA Gift Card. The specifics of the prize shall be solely determined by the sponsor. No cash or other prize substitution permitted except at the Sponsor’s discretion. The prize is non-transferrable. Any and all prize related expenses, including without limitation, any and all federal, state, and or local taxes shall be the sole responsibility of the winner. No substitution of prize or transfer/assignment of prize to others or request for the cash equivalent by winners is permitted. Acceptance of prize constitutes permission for Cloud Water Brands to use winner’s name, image, and likeness and entry for purposes of advertising and trade without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.
6. Odds of Winning
Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period.
7. Winner Selection
Winners will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period. The drawing will be conducted by Cloud Water or its designated representatives, whose decisions are final. Winners will be notified via email or phone within 5 days following the drawing date. If a potential winner cannot be reached within 10 days of the first notification attempt, declines the prize, or is found to be ineligible, an alternate winner may be selected.
8. Winner Notification
Winners will be notified by SMS (text message) and email using the contact information provided during entry. The notification will be sent within 5 days of the drawing date. Each winner will be given a specified timeframe of 10 days, to respond and claim their prize. If a winner fails to respond and claim the prize within the designated timeframe or is found to be ineligible according to the official rules, an alternate winner may be selected at the sole discretion of the Sponsor. It is the sole responsibility of participants to ensure that their contact information, including phone numbers and email addresses, is accurate and up to date. Failure to provide accurate and valid contact information may result in disqualification and forfeiture of the prize.

11. Winner’s Name
