Several bottles arrived damaged and leaking. It appears that the pressure from the carbonation and shaking during delivery caused the liquid to escape the small indentations in the design of the cap. I reached out to the company via email and social media over the past week but I received no response until an automated email requested my product review. Defective packaging and damage during shipping is understandable because accidents happen. Poor customer service however, reflects the company’s ethos and lack of care for its client base.
