Cauliflower Buffalo Wings
Separate panko, cauliflower, arrowroot and cashew milk all into individual bowls.
Mix in garlic powder, flax and salt/pepper into panko.
Take an individual piece of cauliflower and first dip into the arrowroot powder, then cashew milk, then into the panko, making sure to cover the entire cauliflower.
Repeat with each and every piece, setting them either into the air fryer or onto a parchment-lined tray.
Air fry at 400°F for 30 minutes or until brown or bake at 400°F for 45-50 minutes or until brown. Then toss the crispy cauliflower in a bowl with the hot sauce until each piece is covered.
Enjoy with a plant-based ranch or blue cheese sauce!
Naughty Plant Nachos
Place all cheese and veggies in pan except avocado and cilantro
Bake in oven at 375 until cheese melts
Sprinkle avocado and cilantro on top
Drizzle sauce of your choice - I mixed together sriracha, vegan Mayo and vegan sour cream
Squeeze a lime on top and enjoy!
