to talk wellness and CBD.
CLOUD WATER:  How did you discover Cloud Water?

CLAIRE GRIEVE:  A dear friend and yoga client of mine is one of the brainchildren. I’ve always loved CBD for all of it’s benefits so I was thrilled to see that he had created a new, delicious beverage with the amazing perks of CBD. 


CW:  How do you incorporate CBD in your day-to-day?

CG:  CBD is a huge part of my day-to-day. I take it orally through tinctures and Cloud Water as well as topically to help soothe any soreness I have from a day of teaching or a strenuous workout. 


CW:   What impact has CBD made in your life?  

CG:  CBD has completely changed my life. It helps with anxiety and stress, it helps me sleep, and it relaxes my muscles and eases tension. I don’t go a day without CBD! 

CW:    What's your favorite flavor of Cloud?

CG:  My favorite flavor of Cloud Water is Grapefruit & Mint & Basil. I love adding herbs to everything, especially mint and basil, so when I saw this flavor I was over the moon! It is incredibly refreshing and perfect for summer. I like having it at parties as a mocktail but my friends like to mix it with their favorite alcohol and make a yummy summer drink!
